Terms and Conditions

PackGoat is a packing list application that helps you organize items for your trips. You may use the app to create, edit, and manage packing lists for personal use.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or any part of it
• Attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others

All trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the app remain the property of Inncoder AS.

PackGoat allows you to share packing lists with others. When you share content:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant Inncoder AS a limited license to store and transmit your shared content for the purpose of providing the sharing feature
• Shared content is stored temporarily and automatically deleted within 14 days
• You are responsible for the content you share

We reserve the right to remove shared content that violates these terms or is reported as inappropriate.

PackGoat stores your data locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you have iCloud enabled, your data may sync across your devices via iCloud and be included in iCloud Backup. It is your responsibility to keep your device secure. We recommend not jailbreaking your phone, as this may compromise security features and prevent the app from working correctly.

The app requires an internet connection for certain features such as sharing and subscription validation. Inncoder AS is not responsible for the app not functioning fully if you do not have access to a Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.

The app uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:

• RevenueCat
• Mixpanel
• Supabase
• Unsplash

Inncoder AS is committed to providing a useful and reliable app. However, we cannot guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inncoder AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the app.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We may update the app from time to time. The app is currently available for iOS and may require a minimum operating system version. You agree to accept updates to the app when offered.

We may also update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms in the app or on our website.

These terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app.

We may also discontinue the app or any features at any time without notice. If we discontinue subscription services, you will not be charged for future periods, and existing subscribers will retain access through the end of their current paid period.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, to the extent permitted by applicable local law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Norway.
